Stop Settling!!!

      I remember walking into the car dealership, looking at all the pretty new cars from a distance but saying to the salesman "Which direction is the used cars?" Yep, I automatically withdrew myself from even the possibility of something brand spanking new because in my mind, I wasn't worthy. Then I remember looking at just a few used cars on the lot then saying "I'll just wait until they come back with options for me then I'll pick from those because I don't want to hype myself up". I know that I am not the only one who has done this.... quite a few times, but this is what we do in life. We have a tendency to limit ourselves and settle for the options that life gives us instead of going for what we actually want. This goes for jobs, houses, cars, for some even spouses...... Yeah I said it. We settle for the lessor while seeing what we want in the distance, counting ourselves out and deeming ourselves as unworthy. Well I am here to tell you that you are ABSOLUTELY worthy. Worthy of everything your little heart and mind can fathom up. The only thing you are unworthy of in this life is settling and we have got to stop doing this. We have to stop counting ourselves out and start counting ourselves in. The day that we begin to say that we are worth it is the day that our whole life will turn around. Well let me tell you this, I finally got that brand new car because I finally said that I'm not settling anymore. I stood for what I wanted and I got it. The thing that I know about life and GOD is that neither are a respecter of person. If it happened for me, it can happen for you. The only thing that stands in between what you have and what you want is you. Get out of your own way. Don't settle any longer. Settling gets you no where but where others think you should be. Go for what you want and don't stop until you get it. It is yours and you deserve it!
